Got a receipt from Kerching?

Kerching is the secure checkout powering transactions for BookSignal, Loquy and Designrr. They make the products. We make sure your payment is handled safely, and your receipt reaches you.

What is Kerching?

The checkout behind the purchase

Thousands of online businesses use payment platforms to run their checkout instead of building their own. Kerching is one of those platforms. When you bought from the seller, our checkout handled the payment. That is why our name appears on your receipt.

🔒

Your card is safe

Payments are processed by Stripe, the same infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses. Your full card number is never stored by Kerching or the seller.

🧾

The seller is on your receipt

Your receipt email names the business you bought from, what you bought, and the amount. The charge on your card statement uses the seller's name too.

💬

Help is close by

Questions about the product, delivery, or a refund go to the seller listed on your receipt. Can't reach them? We'll help you get connected.

Find your purchase

Three places to look

1

Check your inbox for the receipt

Search your email for "Kerching" or the amount you were charged. The receipt shows the seller's name, the product, the date, and the last four digits of the card used.

2

Open your account with one click

Every receipt includes a "View your account" button. It signs you in securely with just your email address, no password needed, and shows your orders, invoices, and any subscriptions in one place.

3

Still not sure what it is?

If a charge doesn't ring a bell, ask anyone who shares the card, then contact the seller from the receipt. If you believe the charge is fraudulent, contact your bank and email us so we can investigate.

FAQ

Common questions

Why did I receive a receipt from Kerching?

You (or someone using your card) bought something from a business that runs its checkout on Kerching. We send the receipt on the seller's behalf so you have a record of the payment.

I don't recognize this charge. What should I do?

Start with the receipt: the seller's name, product, and date usually jog the memory, and cards shared with family are a common cause. If it still looks wrong, contact the seller listed on the receipt, and if you believe it is fraud, notify your bank, then email support@designrr.io or chat with our support team.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued by the seller under their refund policy. Contact them using the details on your receipt. Once a refund is issued, it typically appears back on your card within 5 to 10 business days.

How do I cancel or manage a subscription?

Open the "View your account" or "Manage subscription" link in any receipt from us. From there you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card details are handled end to end by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 provider. Kerching and the seller never see or store your full card number.

Still need a hand?

Email us the address you used at checkout and roughly when the charge happened, or start a chat. We'll track down the purchase and point you to the right place.
